ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS

We value your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not entirely pleased with your order, here's how we can help:

1. Want a Refund or Return?

  • Change and Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed.
  • We only accept Refunds or Exchanges for defective products.
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Make sure to contact us within 7 calendar days so we can send you the correct return address.
  • Return the original item to our warehouse, and we'll send a replacement. Please include a note with your name, Order ID, and the requested item’s details.
  • U.S. Shoe orders that have not arrived within 45 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
  • International shoe orders that have not arrived within 60 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment

2. Received an Incorrect Order?

  • If your order isn't right, let us know immediately. Please provide proof, such as a photo of the received item, detailing the discrepancies. Make sure to send this within a week of receiving your order. We'll ship a correct replacement without any shipping fees.

3. Order Delays or Cancellations?

  • If your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable timeframe or you've decided to cancel, reach out to us. We'll handle the rest, including any necessary refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • For any changes or special requests regarding your order, please email our support.

  • We always strive for excellence. If you have feedback or face any issues with your order, it would help if you could send photos for clarity. Your insights will assist us in enhancing our service.

  • We'll refund specific fees under conditions where items haven't been printed or shipped.

  • All refund requests undergo a review process. Approval depends on individual circumstances.

  • Any approved refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
